We at Checking for Charity are incredibly grateful for the support that the community has shown us and we feel that this year’s event will be the best yet.  We have been closely monitoring the emergence of the COVID-19 virus and as members of the Public Safety Community, we have been preparing based on the guidance of experts.  As our core mission is to protect the well being of our citizens, we feel that the most prudent decision is to postpone the 4th annual Checking for Charity until later this Spring, and focus on the people we serve and protect.

 

While we all feel a small amount of disappointment, it is up to each of us to work together to ensure the health and safety of our community.  We are working to re-schedule our event for later this spring and we hope to see all of you there.

 

Checking for Charity is all about doing good for the community and we can all do our own small part by adhering to basic guidelines to help to keep everyone healthy.  

 

We have a great event planned, and are not going anywhere! Thank you for your continued support, and we will update you soon!
